1. Nature of Our Services

All services provided on this website are digital services involving custom modification of customer-supplied vehicle backup files (.BUP).

No physical goods are supplied.

Each service is individually performed based on the customer’s request and specific vehicle configuration.


2. Digital Services & Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers normally have a 14-day cooling-off period for distance purchases.

However, this right does not apply once:

  • The customer has expressly requested immediate performance of a digital service; and

  • The customer has acknowledged that their right to cancel will be lost once the service begins.

By placing an order and ticking the consent checkbox at checkout, you:

  • Expressly request immediate performance of the digital service;

  • Acknowledge that processing may begin without delay;

  • Agree that your statutory 14-day cancellation right is lost once processing has commenced.

Processing is deemed to have commenced when:

  • Access to the digital tool is provided; or

  • Your uploaded backup file is analysed; or

  • Modification work on your file has started.

Once processing has commenced, cancellation and refunds are no longer available.


3. Custom Digital Work

Each backup file is individually edited according to the customer’s specific request.

Because the service is:

  • Personalised

  • Digitally delivered

  • Performed immediately upon request

Refunds are not available:

  • After processing has begun

  • After the modified file has been delivered

  • After the completed file has been made available for download


4. Limited Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only where:

  • The service has not yet commenced; or

  • A verified technical error has occurred on our side; or

  • We confirm that the requested modification is technically impossible before work begins.

Where applicable, refund decisions are made at our reasonable discretion and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing correct and complete backup files

  • Following all provided instructions carefully

  • Ensuring stable vehicle voltage during the write-back process

  • Using compatible hardware (e.g., ENET or ICOM interface)

  • Using a properly functioning laptop and software environment

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Interrupted write processes

  • Vehicle battery failure

  • Incorrect use of software

  • Unsupported vehicle configurations

  • Pre-existing vehicle faults

  • Third-party modifications or prior coding


6. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Initiating a chargeback after receiving a completed digital service may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension

  • Restriction of future services

  • Submission of technical evidence and service logs to the payment provider

  • Legal recovery action where appropriate

We retain secure service logs, file timestamps, and transaction records as evidence of service delivery and processing.
